Carbon: Content generally does not exceed 0.24%. Carbon is the main strengthening element in steel. Appropriate carbon content can improve the strength of steel, but excessive carbon will reduce the toughness and weldability of steel. In S355J0H seamless steel pipe, this carbon content range helps to balance strength and other properties.

Silicon: Usually around 0.55%. Silicon mainly plays a deoxidizing role in the steelmaking process and can improve the strength and hardness of steel, as well as improve the elastic limit of steel.

Manganese: Content is approximately 1.60%. Manganese can effectively improve the strength, toughness, and wear resistance of steel while also helping to refine grains and improve the internal structure of steel, thereby enhancing the overall performance of steel.

Phosphorus and Sulfur: These two elements are considered harmful elements in steel. In S355J0H, the phosphorus content generally does not exceed 0.035%, and the sulfur content does not exceed 0.035%. These elements reduce the toughness, weldability, and corrosion resistance of steel, so their content must be strictly controlled.

Other trace elements: May contain small amounts of microalloying elements such as niobium, titanium, and vanadium. These elements can improve the strength and toughness of steel through grain refinement and precipitation strengthening.

Yield strength: The minimum yield strength of S355J0H seamless steel pipe is 355 MPa. Yield strength is the stress at which a material begins to undergo significant plastic deformation. Straightness: Generally not exceeding 3mm per meter. Good straightness ensures the stability of the steel pipe during installation and use, avoiding stress concentration and poor fluid transport caused by bending of the S355J0H seamless steel pipe.

Roundness: The difference between the largest and smallest outer diameters on the cross-section of the S355J0H seamless steel pipe must not exceed 80% of the outer diameter tolerance.
