It also has good stress mechanical properties, which can resist the stress caused by stretching, bending, and impact, and has good plasticity, toughness, rigidity, elasticity, and fatigue resistance; it can withstand high stress without large strain, can resist impact load without being damaged, produce permanent deformation under load without being damaged, and resist permanent deformation or fracture under static load.
3. Use: The application of 321 precision stainless steel pipe is still inseparable from its superior performance. It is mainly used in chemical heating furnaces, boiler pressure vessels, furnaces, diesel machines, and drying equipment that have extremely high requirements for resisting intergranular corrosion. These equipment mainly work in high-temperature environments or open-air environments.
After intergranular corrosion occurs, the surface of the metal still maintains a certain metallic luster, and no signs of damage can be seen by the naked eye, but the bonding force between the grains is significantly weakened, the mechanical properties deteriorate, and it cannot withstand impact, so it is a very dangerous corrosion.
