310S stainless steel pipe (old grade 0Cr25Ni20/new grade 06Cr25Ni20) is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel with excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Due to its higher percentage of chromium and nickel, 310S stainless steel pipe has much better creep strength, can operate continuously at high temperatures, and has good high-temperature resistance.
Chemical composition of 310S stainless steel pipe: C:≤0.08, Si:≤1.500, Mn:≤2.00, P:≤0.035, S:≤0.030, Ni:≤19.00-22.00, Cr:≤24.00-26.00
Mechanical properties of 310S stainless steel pipe: Tensile strength (σb) (MPa):≥520; Yield strength (σs) (MPa):≥205; Reduction of area (ψ)%:≥50
Mechanical properties of 310S stainless steel pipe: σb (MPa)≥520, σ0.2 (MPa)≥205, δ5 (%)≥40, Ψ (%)≥50, HB≤187. Can withstand temperatures above 1150℃. Melting point is between 1398℃ and 1454℃.
Testing 310S stainless steel pipes requires mechanical property testing equipment, eddy current testing systems, ultrasonic testing systems, hydrostatic testing systems, imported spectrometers, and other testing equipment, as well as supporting physicochemical analysis facilities. 310S stainless steel pipes are suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical machinery, metallurgy, aerospace, papermaking, food, shipbuilding, environmental protection, boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, condensers, water conservancy, and power generation.
