(1) Plastic coated steel pipes should not be buried in reinforced concrete structures;

(2) Welding is prohibited during the installation of plastic coated steel pipes;

(3) Plastic coated steel pipes should be installed from large diameter to small diameter, and the pipe mouth should be sealed in time;

(4) Plastic coated steel pipes are strictly prohibited from being thrown or violently hit during transportation, loading and unloading, and construction on site;

(5) When installing plastic coated steel pipes, pipe bending machines can be used for cold bending when the pipe diameter is not greater than DN50, but the bending radius shall not be less than 8 times the pipe diameter, and the bending angle shall not be greater than 10°.

Plastic coated steel pipes include spiral steel pipes, straight seam steel pipes, seamless steel pipes, etc. They are widely used in my country in pipeline engineering fields such as long-distance water supply, petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, heat, sewage treatment, water sources, bridges, steel structures, and marine water supply piling.
