Installation Precautions for Industrial Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings

Stainless steel pipe fittings using flat-end connections require high-quality steel pipes. High standards are placed on the outer diameter ovality, wall thickness, and physical properties of the rubber rings in the drainage cast-iron pipes. Due to the poor watertightness of flat-end connections, in addition to strictly controlling the quality of the pipes and fittings themselves, special attention must be paid to the end protection of the steel pipes and fittings, and the ovality and flatness of the welded elbow's end. During installation, the operating procedures should be strictly followed.
